He recommended Julia to Monica as a maid.
He mentions that he was psychologically trained, so it's easy for him to always act professional and not thrown off balance. It's unclear if that's true and where and why he got such training or other abilities.
After Monica's downfall, he met her in front of [Dick_the_Lawyer|Dick's]] building. He knows about Monica's problems (it's unknow where he knows it from). He offers her to work at her former house as a maid for free for its new owners. He exploits her situation, making her sucking his dick or facefucking her in her former car.
