She's working for Monica for some time now. She's the only one of her subordinates Monica has a high good opinion of (mostly because she knows her place below Monica).
She's very educated and intelligent. She has high morale principles and because of that she not really like the model business.
She doesn't like Alex, because he tries to get the models naked and in compromising positions. Monica told her, that she will fire Alex, if the secretary will caught Alex doing lewd stuff again.
