We meet this character right at the beginning of the first episode of the game, when Monica goes to her office, and meets two girls near the lifts: Poor Girl 1 and Poor Girl 2. Monica conducts an audition for them that day.
The way Monica conducts that audition affects her future relationship with Biff (auditions after photoshoots) and Melanie (asking for help with Marcus).
